It is pretty nice for everyone when the hour just flys by,here is a simple workout for making the time move a little quicker. It is no secret, just keep your client moving with active rest between sets and stay away from cardio equipment. I ran two people through this total body workout to see if it was just my imagination (the only difference was that I used a physio-ball for the second client).
For this fast paced total body workout, you can plant your client in front of a adjustable height cable and time will fly by. Active rest is for 30 Seconds, and all sets are lethargic (12-20 reps).
Warm-up (a):
Jog in place 30 Seconds
Run in place 30 seconds
High Knees 30 seconds
(Repeat for a total of three, no rest in between sets unless neccesary)
Warm-up (b):
Modified Dumbell Clean and Press 12-20 reps
Three light sets, no active rest between sets.
Big Pull Circuit (Exercise=Ex Active Rest=Ar
Ex: Standing bent over cable row 12-20 Reps
Ar: Run in place 30 seconds
Ex: Standing Cable row
Ar: Run in place 30 seconds
Ex: Standing High Cable Row
Ar: Run in place 30 seconds
Ex:Tricep Extension 12-20
Ar: Jumping Jacks 30 seconds
Ex: Cable curl 12-20
(Repeat for three sets)
Ex: Rt Oblique Crunches 12
Ar: Bird Dogs
Ex: Crunches 12
Ar. Bird Dogs
Ex: Lt Oblique Crunches 12
