How To Get Off Peak Clients |

|
It is easy for trainers to fill up their books during both the A.M & P.M. prime times, but incredibly hard for most to fill up their hours with paid clients during the off peak hours from 12-4:00 P.M.
Trainers will spend months, maybe years hoping to find these clients who want to train during these hours, some lucky ones do, most do not. These same trainers often have to turn away new paying clients who want to train during prime time because they are already booked up.
You do not have to hunt for new clients to train during the off peak times, you already have them, they are your existing client base.
After you fill up your "Prime Time" training hours, be it A.M. or P.M., you should immediately begin moving your easiest clients with flexible schedules to off peak hours.
You can let them know that you believe they will perform better during those hours, you can base it on their sleep or work cycle or even tell them you can not make it at the prime time hour they normally train.
Offer it in a way where they are not committing completely to the change. Let them know they are giving it a shot, you will hold their spot for them and if they do not like it they can veto it. Be sure to set a time limit so that they will be more comfortable in trying it.
Remember how easy it is to get new clients for 5, 6, & 7 P.M.!
If you moved just three clients from Prime Time to off Peak hours you you would make your mid-days more productive and you could add an addition three clients to your list, increasing you income by 6-8 paid hours a week.
